Football Season 2025

• Camp is open to all elementary students, grades Pre-K-8th grade
• Camp is Sunday, September 21, 2025 at IWHS

5-8 Grade 1:00-3:30pm (will learn pre-game and loyalty routine)

Pre-K-4th grade 2-3:30pm (will learn pre-game routine)

• The game is Friday, September 26 at IWHS vs. West Hancock. Future Chargers arrive at 6:00 pm, meet the team in the Band Room.
• Performance will be during pre-game and 1st half of game
• Appropriate attire: tennis shoes, moveable clothing
• Participation fee $30 includes camp, students admission to the game, snack and keepsake tee shirt-light blue color.

• Deadline to sign up is September 13, 2025

Release: as the initialed, agree to hold the IWHS Music Dept, Coaches, Members, and Athletic Dept at Illini-West High School in Carthage, Illinois and the directors of this program harmless from all suits, claims, or demands of every kind and character arising out of and in connection with the program provided by the Music Program at Illini West High School. I hereby authorize the camp staff to act on my behalf according to their best judgement in an emergency requiring medical attention and hereby waive and release the camp from any and all liability for injuries incurred while participating in the color guard clinic and performance.
