IWHS Cheer Camp Registration **Homecoming Game Performance**

Football Season 2026

• Camp is open to all elementary students, grades Pre-K-8th grade
• Camp is Wednesday, September 16, 2026 from 4:00-5:00 pm in the Carthage Primary School Gym.

• The game is Friday, September 18 at IWHS vs. West Hancock. Future Chargers should arrive at 6:15pm meeting at the football field.
• Performance will be at pre-game and during the first quarter. Participants will be dismissed to their parents following the first quarter.
• Appropriate attire: tennis shoes, moveable clothing
• Participation fee $35 includes camp, students admission to the game, snack and keepsake tee shirt.

T-shirts will be available for pickup the day of camp. Do not select shipping. Shirts are available starting with youth XS (4-5), if you need a smaller size, please reach out.

• Deadline to sign up is September 11, 2026.

Release: as the initialed, agree to hold the IWHS Cheer, Coaches, Members, and Athletic Dept at Illini-West High School in Carthage, Illinois and the directors of this program harmless from all suits, claims, or demands of every kind and character arising out of and in connection with the program provided by the Cheer Program at Illini West High School. I hereby authorize the camp staff to act on my behalf according to their best judgement in an emergency requiring medical attention and hereby waive and release the camp from any and all liability for injuries incurred while participating in the clinic and performance.
