IWHS Basketball Dance Clinic 1/9/26

Dance Clinic Registration, Basketball Season 25/26

• Camp is open to all elementary students, grades Pre-K-8th grade
• Camp is Friday, January 9th from 4:30-6:00 PM. Check in at IWHS and go to the Carthage Primary Gym for practice.

• Performance will be following the clinic at half time of the JV Game (game starts at 6:00pm).
• Appropriate attire: tennis shoes, moveable clothing
• Participation fee $35 includes clinic, students admission to the game, pizza, drink and keepsake tee shirt.

T-shirts will be available for pickup at camp. Do not select shipping. Shirts will be silver and are available starting with youth XS (4-5), if you need a smaller size, please reach out.

• Deadline to sign up is December 19th.

Release: as the initialed, agree to hold the IWHS Dance, Coaches, Members, and Athletic Dept at Illini-West High School in Carthage, Illinois and the directors of this program harmless from all suits, claims, or demands of every kind and character arising out of and in connection with the program provided by the Dance Clinic at Illini West High School. I hereby authorize the clinic staff to act on my behalf according to their best judgement in an emergency requiring medical attention and hereby waive and release the clinic from any and all liability for injuries incurred while participating in the dance clinic and performance.
